Dr. Pucinelli is a Judge at the Chamber of Civil and Commercial Appeals Court (Second Chamber) of Rosario, Argentinia.He is also Professor of Constitutional Law and Human Rights in the Rosario National University. Dr. Pucinelli has publishe more than a hundred research papers and publications in the area of his specialty in legal journals as well as in collective works in Argentina and abroad, standing out among books published as a single author are:
