Jan Christoph Bublitz is an associate Junior-Professor in Criminal law at the University of Hamburg. He is the team leader of the project “Law and Ethics of Remembrance” within the project “A duty to remember, a right to forget? Behavioral modulations of emotional memory traces”. This project is being conducted in collaboration with the Chrarite Hospital Berlin, Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behavior and the Max-Planck Instute for Educational Research.
His areas of research include psychology and law, legal philosophy, criminal law, human rights and Bioethics.
