Professor, Warsaw University, and Judge, European Court of Human Rights
Lech Garlicki is a Polish jurist and constitutional law specialist. He is a professor at Warsaw University and a judge of European Court of Human Rights since 2002. During 1993-2001 he was a judge at the Constitutional Tribunal of the Republic of Poland and 2001-2002 the president of the Polish Society of Constitutional Law. He was also one of the Founding Members of the European Law Institute.
