Oreste Pollicino is a full professor of Consitutional Law at Boconi University. He is the editor in Chief of the publications, „Law and Policy of the new Media“ and „Comparing Fundamental Rights in Europe“. He obtained his LLM at the College of Europe, Bruges and is admitted as a Barrister of Supreme Italian Courts. His areas of research include European and Comparative Constitutional Law, Media Law and Internet Law.
