WP6 is responsible for efficient, effective and supportive coordination and management of processes during the whole life-cycle of the project. The main focus of coordination activities is to achieve high quality results from the collaborative synergy of project partners. The project management focuses on resources and deadlines – to execute project activities according to agreed and planned strategy and timescale.
